This past weekend, Dr. Kevin Leman was at North Way. He preached at all of our weekend services. He gave a marriage seminar on Saturday night. He gave a parenting seminar on Sunday night. Today, he's giving a mother stress seminar and tonight, he'll give a relationship seminar at our Oakland Campus.One of the most profound things Kevin Leman said to me backstage was, "I only have one sermon. I just use different stories." As we talked more, I realized that he was ultimately talking about his life more than just a sermon. He lives his life to spread one "sermon" of grace everywhere he goes. From the "highest" profile people to the "lowest", he lives his life to spread the joy of the grace he's received from God.
I knew there was a reason I liked this guy.
