My friend, Doug Melder, did a devotional thought yesterday that hit me pretty good. If you're a leader, these are great questions to ask yourself.
1. Am I leading this or is God leading this? - 2 Corinthians 2:12-14
2. Am I just meeting needs or going much deeper? - 2 Corinthians 2:15-17
3. Am I being changed by God's spirit? Are those in my circle of influence being changed by God's spirit? - 2 Corinthians 3:1-3
4. Is the Gospel manifesting itself in me (power, Holy Spirit, deep conviction)? - 1 Thes. 1:4-5
5. Can I say to others, "Follow Jesus like me"? - 1 Thes. 1:6-8
6. Am I carrying myself with integrity, seriousness and soundness in all that I do? - Titus 2:7-8
