sweetpop36 again + change

Some of you are wondering what in the world is this? What is sweetpop36? Well, when I lived in Detroit, I started a diet and exercise plan that excluded sweets (candy, desserts, etc.) and pop (soda for some of you). I wanted to lose 30 pounds, and I had a plan to do this by exercising and not eating after 6pm. That is sweetpop36. It worked great! I dropped 25 pounds before we moved back to Pittsburgh. I was very proud of myself!

Now, life has changed course. It's been almost 3 years since the start of sweetpop36, and I've ignored it for quite some time. But, I'm determined to get back on track, and I need your help and accountability. I have one change that I need to make though. I need to make it sweetpop37 because our lifestyle is such that we may or may not get to dinner by 6pm. So...same goal different time. Can you help hold me to this?
