leadership lesson from Hines Ward...

The Pittsburgh Steelers are my favorite team of all time. Tonight is an ugly game! No matter the outcome, I think we can learn something from the black and gold. Trailing 10 points at home, they came out in the 3rd quarter. It looked like they were going to have a rough 3rd quarter when one play changed the momentum. A player from Baltimore lost his cool against and pushed Hines Ward. Flag flies, and Hines Ward didn't retaliate! He's focused on playing the game, and it doesn't matter what circumstances are around him.

A leader needs to keep a level head in the midst of turmoil and rough circumstances. Other team members look to the leader and take their cues from him/her. I'm wondering how I do with this.
